Anna's Hummingbirds live in our area year round. There has always been atleast one pair coming to the feeder regardless of the season. The hummingbird population might grow to two or three pair in summers, though they are very quick so my tracking is speculative. The videos, below, offer the best interpretation of the behaviors we see.
